Andy, #11, had his first game on Saturday, actually a double header. It was so fun watching him play and he did such a great job. There wasn't any messing around---it was a serious game and some of those kids had some great skills. We are very proud of Andy, he hung in there even though he didn't really know all the ins and outs of the game.
It's close to the end of the game and he was pretty much spent. Lost all his motivation and just decided to stop playing and take a break. It was kind of funny.
The Scorpians won their first game 8-3 and tied the second game! It was a successful first day of the season
Abby enjoyed didn't really care too much for the game, she kept herself busy with all her books
Sorry I was in a bad spot when recording this video, but I just had to share this one to show you how hardcore these kids were.
